Clubhouse & Recreation

Our Clubhouse serves as the heart of the community and is available for private resident events. It is open daily from 7:00 AM to 11:00 PM. For those looking for fun and games, our Arcade (featuring video games, foosball, and air hockey) is available for all residents, while our Game Room (billiards, shuffleboard, darts, and cards) offers a relaxed space for residents ages 18 and over.

Fitness & Athletics

Stay active with our state-of-the-art Fitness Center, open daily from 5:00 AM to 11:00 PM. We also offer several specialized athletic spaces available for online reservation, including our Tennis Courts, Indoor Half-Court Basketball, and Aerobic/Dance Studio. Our Outdoor Full-Court Basketball is also available for resident use throughout the day.

Pool & Outdoors

Enjoy the Florida sunshine at our Resort-Style Pool, which welcomes residents daily from dawn until dusk.

Management & Support

Our friendly on-site management team is here to assist you. The Association office is located in the Clubhouse and is open Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with the exception of Wednesdays when the office closes at 12:00 PM for weekly site inspections and administrative processing.

Canyon Trails is proud to offer a diverse lineup of social events designed to bring neighbors together and create lasting memories. From seasonal celebrations and holiday festivals to casual community gatherings, there is always something happening in our neighborhood.

In addition to our scheduled events, we are pleased to host local food trucks right here in the community several times a week. It’s a wonderful way to enjoy a variety of delicious cuisines while mingling with friends and neighbors.
