Canyon Trails is professionally managed by GRS Community Management in partnership with a resident-elected, volunteer Board of Directors.
Our community’s standards and long-term harmony are further supported by two state-mandated, resident-led groups: the Architectural Control Committee (ACC) and the Compliance Committee. Together, we work to maintain the beauty, safety, and value of our neighborhood.

GRS Community Management Staff
Our community is supported by a full-time, on-site management team located in the Clubhouse. The office is open Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with the exception of Wednesdays when the office closes at 12:00 PM for weekly site inspections and administrative processing.
